This role provides an opportunity for the right candidate to be a key supporting element in the delivery of a significantand growing portfolio of projects, as well as ensuring exemplary customer experience, in a modern business with strong ambition for UK and international expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with B2B customers and end users either by telephone, electronically or face-to-face
  • Provide operational support to projects, in all stages of planning and delivery
  • Take ownership of customer/project accounts
  • Strong use of initiative and proven ability to problem solve
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Manage / direct unresolved issues to the designated resource and follow through to conclusion.
  • Manage customers' accounts from a service perspective.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions/actions completed.
  • Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions

The successful candidate must possess all of the following experience. This must be clearly demonstrated on their CV through their achievements.

Key Competencies:

  • A proven history of working in a customer service environment.
  • Customer focused with excellent relationship skills
  • Competence in relevant computer applications, including MS word, excel etc
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Excellent listening skills, problem analysis and solving
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
