Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for processing GPS data and delivering
digital mapping to customers as part of the nutrient mapping team.
The successful candidate will have good attention to detail and be able to work well in a pressurised
Data Processing:
• Accurate processing of orders from the sales team
• Processing GPS data using in-house software, third party software and MS Office packages
• Creating maps in QGIS mapping program
• Creating presentation packs of soil nutrient maps for customers
• Quality control of outgoing information to customers and accounts department
• Updating of customer database and company CRM system
• Liaison with Area Managers within the sales team to clarify information
• Communication with contractors directly
• Answering queries from the sales team and customers by phone and email in a timely
• Resolving customer queries and logging these queries on our bespoke CRM system
• Assisting the Office Manager and Sales Team in any other task
• Excellent customer service
• Experience of processing data in a busy office environment
• Good IT skills including an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (minimum)
• Ability to work to a high standard in a sometimes high pressure environment
• Strong customer focus
• Proven attention to detail
• Possess a confident and professional telephone manner
