Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational delivery of projects and field trials, reporting into the project manager.
  • Work with sub-contracted installers to ensure a consistent and high level of service is delivered.
  • Provide accurate information to stakeholders through established reporting structures.
  • Identify and understand product delivery risks and issues and provide solutions.
  • As part of the support team function, handle and resolve customer queries, recording all cases in Salesforce CRM tool.
  • Manage and or direct unresolved issues to the designated resource and follow up to conclusion.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, including accounts and warehouse for stock management.
  • Provide support and cover for roles across the support team.

The successful candidate must possess the following experience, clearly demonstrated through achievements in their CV.


Essential competencies:

  • At least 3 years' experience working in delivery of service or product installation support.
  • Understanding of customer service and stakeholder requirements.
  • Strong use of initiative and proven ability to problem solve.
  • Proven track record in delivering and exceeding SLA and KPI matrixes.
  • Competent user of relevant IT applications - Word, Excel, Database systems.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable competencies:

  • Technical awareness of energy-related hardware, such as smart meters.
  • Understanding of project delivery principles.
