Summary: -

Proven and results oriented person with internal sales experience and excellent communication skills.  Capable of developing relationships remotely, through telephone, email and web based activities, leveraging input and capabilities from fellow Specialists & Sales Director.  

Familiar with all aspects of supporting Field Based Sales people and the ability to communicate to our network of direct customers to inspire growth through the direct sales channel.

The Main tasks include: -

* Answer Phone and email enquiries, provide quotations, assist with technical information and all other aspects of customer enquiry

* Qualify Enquiries in terms of business and /or Project potential

* Research and qualify potential new customers and projects, including sending emails, marketing information and outbound calls (qualified, not cold)

* Ensure correct processing of Direct Sales Orders and follow up with correct logistics and delivery information

* Ensure correct processing of Invoices for Direct Sales Customers in a timely fashion

* Engage Strategic support team to help with technical queries and provision of customised products  

* Sales Support for  Sales Team

* Assist Sales team with database management and updating of CRM

* Ability to research project and complete pre-sales information in order to provide prospects on projects to the Direct Sales Team

*Review progress of Research and Sales activities during weekly 1:1 meetings with Sales Director



To succeed in this role, we need someone with the following profile: -

* Strong team-working ability

* Proficiency and passion in use of IT supporting tools such as CRM, Outlook calendar, tablets, smartphones, webinars, collaborative video applications, virtual meeting tools, business applications

* Experience in Customer Sales Support over the telephone and/or Telesales

* Confidence to complete pro-active marketing and pre-sales telephone calls

*Good levels of organisation and time management

* Autonomy, adaptability, commitment and team playing qualities will be highly valued.

* Excellent written and oral presentation skill
